
Mufti Mohammad Idrees Anwari, the Governor of Parwan Province, visited the operational sites of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company in Jabal al-Siraj, where the company is engaged in mineral exploration, road construction, and the establishment of a materials testing laboratory supporting cement production. During the visit, he held discussions with the company’s leadership and technical team.
At the outset, Dr. Rahimullah Safi, Deputy Director of Alfalah ul Alami Company, briefed the Governor on the company’s activities and achievements across various work areas. He assured the provincial leadership that all operations are being implemented in full compliance with recognized industrial norms and standards.
Subsequently, the company’s technical team presented a comprehensive overview of the factory construction progress and the project’s foundational infrastructure works to the Governor and his accompanying delegation.
Governor Mufti Mohammad Idrees Anwari, after visiting the work sites, emphasized the importance of accelerating progress and ensuring effective implementation of the project. He reaffirmed that the Parwan Provincial Administration and the government are providing full support to this vital initiative in the cement production sector, aiming to help the country achieve self-sufficiency in cement manufacturing.
The Governor also visited Camps No. 1 and No. 2 of the company located in the factory construction area. He expressed his appreciation for the dedication and tireless efforts of the engineers and staff and assured the company of continued governmental cooperation in implementing large-scale national projects.
Governor Anwari noted with concern the rising prices of cement in the market, stressing the urgent need to commence production in industrial factories. In response, the officials of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company assured him that all stages of the factory project are progressing according to the pre-approved plan, and they are making every effort to begin the construction of the factory facilities as soon as possible.
