
Mr. Saifullah Sabir met with the technical team of Parspaye Azmaye Company, a consulting and exploration company, in the Islamic Republic of Iran. During the meeting, they discussed exploration and extraction plans for cement production. Saifullah Sabir introduced the plans of Al-Falah Ul Alami Company and investment opportunities in Afghanistan, stating that the recent developments in Afghanistan have created favorable conditions for mining investments.
Regarding the construction of a new factory in Jabal al-Saraj, he mentioned that preliminary assessments for mineral exploration in this area have been conducted by the former Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union, and the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan.
He further elaborated that the planned factory in Jabal al-Saraj benefits from its strategic location, abundant mineral resources, and a cement market, becoming a golden point connecting Central Asia and South Asia.
Zain Ali, the exploration consultant of Parspaye Azmaye Company, mentioned that Afghanistan is rich in cement-producing materials, and it is necessary to accurately identify the relevant mining resources in the initial stages of the cement factory project. He emphasized the strong demand for cement in the Afghan market. Zain Ali stated that cement production, mining extraction, and the use of appropriate machinery should be managed according to clear guidelines and precise plans.
Both Saifullah Sabir and the technical team of Parspaye Azmaye Company expressed their commitment to long-term bilateral cooperation in the fields of consulting, project management, and technical collaboration.
