During his visit to Parwan province, Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, the Minister of Mines and Petroleum, visited and inspected the ongoing construction sites of the Safwan Cement Production Factory, which is being built by AlFalah ul Alami Company. The purpose of this visit was to comprehensively monitor the workflow and ensure the implementation of technical standards in mining and cement production. AlFalah ul Alami Company has integrated all accepted contemporary standards into the establishment process of the Safwan Cement Production Factory.

A group of 30 Master's and PhD research scholars from the Afghan International Islamic University visited the Safwan Cement Production Plant and its major construction facilities in Jabal al-Siraj District, Parwan Province. The visit commenced with a comprehensive technical presentation delivered by the specialists of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company, highlighting the project's ongoing activities, construction progress, and future development plans. The students then toured the construction site to observe the implementation of the project's key facilities.

H.E. Mullah Abdul Ghani Barthar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, visited the Safwan Cement Production Plant located in Jabal al-Siraj District of Parwan Province yesterday (Friday). During the visit, he was accompanied by H.E. Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, Minister of Mines and Petroleum; H.E. Azizur Rahman Mansoor, Governor of Parwan Province; Mr. Safiullah Saber, Chairman of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company; and Mr. Haji Pahlawan, Chairman of Oufi Bahram Company. The delegation reviewed the ongoing construction activities of the cement plant and inspected the related exploration sites.

Safiullah Saber, CEO of Alfalah ul Alami Company, met with the Governor of Parwan Province, Al-Haj Sheikh Azizurrahman Mansoor, to discuss the progress, investment, and facilitation related to the construction of a new cement production factory in the Tappeh Surkh area of Jabal-us-Saraj District. The Governor of Parwan described this project as one of the province’s important and vital economic initiatives and emphasized the need for greater speed and precision in advancing the work.

He further stated that the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum is fully prepared to provide all necessary cooperation to Al Falah ul Alami and Awfi Bahram Companies, which are responsible for the construction of the Safwan Cement Plant in Jabal Saraj, in order to finalize construction activities as soon as possible and commence production.

A competitive examination for three engineering positions was conducted by Alfalah ul Alami Company in the presence of the designated committee and the Human Resources Department. The written exam was administered to fifteen engineers in the fields of surveying, design, and engineering in a fully transparent environment.

Mufti Mohammad Idrees Anwari, the Governor of Parwan Province, visited the operational sites of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company in Jabal al-Siraj, where the company is engaged in mineral exploration, road construction, and the establishment of a materials testing laboratory supporting cement production. During the visit, he held discussions with the company’s leadership and technical team.

This statement was made by Azarkhash Hafizi, former President of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of ECO member countries and Afghanistan, during his meeting with Safiullah Saber, CEO of Alfalah ul Alami Company. Mr. Hafizi praised Alfalah ul Alami Company’s initiative to establish a new cement production factory in Jabal al-Siraj District, describing it as a commendable and strategic step. He expressed his full support for this major project, emphasizing that building new factories in Afghanistan creates employment opportunities for the people and stimulates the country’s economic value chain.

Mr. Safiullah Saber, the CEO of Alfalah ul Alami Company, participated in the two-day Global Cement Conference held in Istanbul, Turkey. This conference aimed to prevent environmental pollution and reduce production costs. Effective solutions were discussed and technical teams from cement industrial factories around the world gave presentations on addressing existing challenges, offering suitable solutions.  Mr. Saber, the CEO of Alfalah ul Alami (AUA), deemed such conferences beneficial for the cement industry in Afghanistan and stated that in the new cement production factory being built in Jabal Saraj, Parwan Province, modern technologies and expertise from reputable companies will be utilized optimally.

Safiullah Saber, the president of Alfalah ul Alamai Company during his visit to China and participation in the International Conference of the World Cement Association and after successive meetings with the founder and president of the World Cement Association acquired the membership of this association. This membership is, in fact, the first step for an Afghan company to open the way to prestigious international institutions in the field of cement production and obtain membership in this association, which is unprecedented in Afghanistan so far.

The leadership of Alfalah Ul Alami Company, accompanied by technical team, met with Mr. Shin, the representative of Sinoma Hefei from China, at their office in Kabul.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the supply of needed machinery for a new cement production factory in Jabal Saraj. Mr. Shin provided detailed information about the Sinoma Hefei Company and its experience in constructing industrial factories, and expressed hope that Sinoma Hefei Company would continue to assist Alfalah Ul Alami in various phases of the factory's construction.

Safiullah Saber and the technical team of Alfalah Al-Alami Company visited the coal mines of Alugak district in Andarab, Baghlan province. During this visit, accompanied by local residents, the team observed the mines and mining operations closely. The coal mines in Andarab's Alugak district, located in Dareh Khushk, contain rich coal reserves. The technical team took samples for laboratory testing to make investment decisions based on the results.

Safiullah Saber, the Executive Director of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company, along with the company's technical team, conducted an official visit to the coal mining areas of Chanarak in Nahrin District, Baghlan Province. The visit was aimed at evaluating energy resources to support the SAFWAN Cement Factory, which is going to be constructed in Jabal al-Saraj District.

Safiullah Saber and the technical team of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company visited the coal areas of Ab-Dara and Khord-Dara in Pul-e-Khumri, Baghlan Province. The visit began with a meeting with the relevant officials, during which the work plans of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company were explained to them. Following this, Safiullah Saber, the company's executive director, and the technical team closely observed coal extraction operations inside coal mines. The assigned team collected coal samples from the site for further analysis.

The leadership of Al-Falah Ul Alami Company visited the mining exploration operations in the district of Jabal al-Siraj in Parwan province. During this visit, the company's president was accompanied by technical teams and geologists, who inspected various sections of the raw material mines for cement and monitored and evaluated the progress of the work.

The description of the events surrounding the new cement factory in Jabal al-Siraj by the Al-Falah Ul Alami Company has been regarded as a historic action and a significant step. They announced their full support for this major project, stating that the construction of the new factory in Parwan will create job opportunities for the people and stimulate the economic value chain in the country.

Safihullah Saber, President of Al-Falah International Company, and his delegation, recently met with Mawlawi Qudratullah, the Governor of Parwan Province, to discuss the company's ambitious plans for a new factory in Jabal Saraj. During the meeting, Mr. Saber highlighted the ongoing exploration of minerals and raw cement materials essential for the factory. He emphasized the need for support from the province's local government and state agencies. He further stated that AUA aims to complete the exploration phase for the raw cement materials as soon as possible to pave the way for the construction of the essential parts of the factory.
