Khoshayar Lotfi, the director of ParsPack Company, expressed satisfaction with the presence of the leadership of Al-Falah International Company and said, "ParsPack Company has sufficient experience in factory design, and you can make use of these experiences in the construction of the cement factory in Afghanistan. Before the sanctions, we used to source machinery from European brands, but after the sanctions, we have been using Chinese brands. Al-Falah International Company can simultaneously utilize Chinese and European brands, considering the price and quality of the machinery."
Then, Hossein Tadini, the representative of Sinoma China, stated, "The transfer and purchase of Chinese machinery are cheaper compared to European brands. Therefore, investing in Chinese companies can be beneficial. Chinese machinery is cost-effective and geographically close to Afghanistan and Iran, with spare parts being affordable and accessible."
In conclusion, it was determined that Iranian companies possess the necessary human and technical capacity, along with experience, that can be utilized for AUA’s benefit.
