
A competitive examination for three engineering positions was conducted by Alfalah ul Alami Company in the presence of the designated committee and the Human Resources Department. The written exam was administered to fifteen engineers in the fields of surveying, design, and engineering in a fully transparent environment.
Prior to the start of the examination, the designated committee and the HR manager of Alfalah ul Alami Company provided information regarding the company’s programs, the examination process, and the employee recruitment procedures. He emphasized that the exam would be conducted transparently and strictly based on merit to ensure employment opportunities for qualified and competent individuals.
The positions in surveying, design, and engineering, previously announced on the company’s website and social media platforms, received several job applications. The committee thoroughly and transparently reviewed and assessed applicants’ work experience and educational documents, and a total of fifteen eligible candidates were shortlisted for the written test.
The participants of the exam expressed satisfaction with the examination process and considered the recruitment of young engineers within the country a valuable initiative. They added, “We welcome the establishment and implementation of the cement production factory by Alfalah ul Alami Company. If we are selected, we will spare no effort in contributing to the development of our country.”
