Honorable Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, Minister of Mines and Petroleum, and Honorable Haji Mullah Mohammad Nasir, Minister of Finance of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, visited Safwan Cement Production Factory in Jabal Saraj District of Parwan Province during their trip to the area. They reviewed the ongoing construction work and the development of the factory’s facilities, which are being constructed by Al-Falah Al-Alami Company.
During the visit, Haji Pahlawan Bahram Khan, Chairman of Aufi Bahram Company, and Safiullah Saber, Chairman of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company, warmly welcomed the honorable Ministers of Mines and Finance and their accompanying delegation. They toured the construction site and reviewed the progress of the factory’s facilities.
The ministers described the progress of the work as satisfactory and stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is ready to provide all necessary cooperation so that the construction of the factory can be completed as soon as possible and production can begin.
They further emphasized that favorable investment opportunities are available in the country, and that the private sector and Afghan investors are working alongside the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and playing their role in the development and reconstruction of the country.
Haji Pahlawan Bahram Khan and Safiullah Saber, Chairman of Al-Falah Al-Alami Company, expressed their appreciation for the visit of the Ministers of Mines and Finance and their delegation. They praised the ministers’ support for the establishment and operation of industrial factories, including the Safwan Cement Production Factory, and stated:
“We are working day and night with all our resources and capabilities to accelerate the construction process of the Safwan Cement Factory and bring it into the production stage as soon as possible.”
It is worth mentioning that Al-Falah Al-Alami Company, which is responsible for the implementation and construction of the Safwan Cement Production Factory, began construction of the factory’s strategic facilities less than five months ago. Significant physical progress can already be seen at the site.
With the commencement of construction work on the factory’s facilities, Al-Falah Al-Alami Company has created employment opportunities for hundreds of local young people, making a significant contribution to the local economy.
